My son knocked out the majority of both his front teeth tubing on LBJ. His primary care dentist is in Boerne and I called multiple emergency dental lines on a Sunday evening to make sure I was doing everything correctly, in regards to a dental emergency and storing the fragments of the teeth we had left. Dr Johnson was the only person to call me back and she talked me through the things I needed to do to keep my son comfortable until I could get him to his pediatric dentist in the am. I really appreciated her compassion towards a mom who was trying to simply get a bit of reassurance that we were making the correct decisions in regards to saving my Son’s teeth. I highly recommend this practice, as they care enough to call back a “new patient” and then proceed to direct that patient back to their primary care provider to get the best outcome. Dr. Johnson didn’t try to push me into using their office and had my son’s well being at the forefront of her mind.
